Absolute fraud. Took down payment, did terrible work on day one and never came back. Do NOT use Tim Fannon or his company. Wish I would have seen these reviews before I called him.
Tim Fannon owner of Riteway Plumbing in Galloway / Columbus stood me up 5 times, before finally showing up one day to complete about 15% of the work (on a 4 day job). After that, he completely disappeared and refused to answer his phone or return my messages. He demanded 50% up front, so he got $850 for less than a day's work. I had to pay AGAIN to hire a real plumber to take care of the unfinished mess Tim left behind. He seems earnest and polite, but beware.... he can't be trusted.
Horrible. Wolf in sheeps clothing. Asked Tim to come and do a snake job. He gave up half way in and said I needed to do a major plumbing job and quoted me $1,500. After refusing the offer and asked him to finish an fairly easy job he packed up his things collected the check and left. Scheduled a follow up but then did a no call no show after my check cleared. His license should totally be revoked. Don't get fooled by his under quote. Use Angie's list.
The only service he provides is LIP SERVICE and has said he would refund money, then do work, then refund money, so far nothing has been done. I have filed suit in civil court and complaints with the Attorney General. He was removed from Thumbtack, working on others.
He showed up for FREE ESTIMATE and has not been back since, well over a month has passed. He took the 50% downpayment and ran!
DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He is a fraud!!

This man is awful!! My grandmother needed her whole bathroom remodeled. Tim took her down payment then gave excuse after excuse of not coming. He told her the job would be done in less than a week. We are going on 3 weeks now. Will be filing in civil court as well as calling the BBB this man shouldn't have a business if he treats his clients like this!
